Chabad Student Centers are active on over 200 campuses worldwide. The International Student Shabbaton welcomes well over a thousand students from across the globe for an inspirational and fun Shabbat weekend together. The Shabbaton offers an opportunity for students to enjoy the beauty and warmth of Shabbat together with so many of their peers. Throughout the weekend professors, scholars and lecturers lead discussions on Jewish thought and the interplay of Judaism and contemporary issues. The Saturday night celebration of Jewish Life is a unique experience not to be missed.

Highlights include:

• Meet 'n Greet almost 2000 of your peers from 200 different schools
• Huge Festive Shabbat meals with everyone, singing and dancing
• Hospitality by the famously hospitable Chabad community of Crown Heights

"Going on this shabbaton was worth every penny. Not only do you get to meet college kids from all around the country, but you get to meet kids that are in the same situation as you. The best part about it is that everyone has something special in common. You’re all Jewish and being in the same room as over 1500 other jewish adults is a very empowering experience. It strengthens who you are as a person and your jewish identity. If thats not a good enough reason to go then let me just say that the food is actually amazing. so do yourself a favor and go!
